The medicine has to be applied at night before going to sleep and in the afternoon. Your feet need to be washed and dried. A spoon of medicine needs to be applied under each foot and rubbed from toe to heel till it gets dry. If you need to go to the washroom at night, do it wearing a pair of shoes and do not wet your feet. In the morning go for a 30 minutes’ walk with a pair of shoes, thereafter you may wash your feet.
